Car, train, plain: how to reach Ischia

How to reach Ischia by car
Boarding in Pozzuoli: follow the signs for the bypass towards Pozzuoli. The output is the number 12, Via Campana. Go to the port of Pozzuoli to Casamicciola for boarding.

Boarding in Naples: follow the signs for "waterfront" and after the exit to the port of Naples, Immacolatella Gate for boarding to Ischia Porto or Casamicciola.

Landing in Ischia or Casamicciola Terme, follow Lacco Ameno and take Via Provinciale Lacco-Fango. Turn right at Via Baiola.

Coming from the port of Forio d'Ischia, Via Mons. Schioppa go and turn to the center of Monterone, taking Via Baiola so on.

How to reach Ischia by train
From Napoli Centrale railway station you can easily reach the port of Naples by taxi, bus or shuttle Alibus, which connects the airport to the train station and port. From the train station Napoli Campi Flegrei to reach the port by taxi, bus, tram or subway.
From the Naples Mergellina train station walk to the Mergellina port and from here you embark for the Isle of Ischia by hydrofoil.

From Naples Capodichino Airport you can reach the port of Naples by taxi or shuttle Alibus, leaving every 30 minutes and connects the main station and the port of Naples. The ticket can be purchased on board.
